Deborah “Debbie” S. Carlson, 70, of Bethlehem, died May 19, 2024. She was a daughter of the late Elenore (Koehler) and Kenneth Fuls. She was the wife of Philip B. Carlson.

She worked for more than 40 years for the State of Pennsylvania and was retired from the Department of Welfare.

She was a Philadelphia Phillies superfan and rarely missed a game. She volunteered countless hours at the Lehigh Little League snack stand.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Philip K. (Allison); two stepsons, Scott Carlson and Daniel Carlson (Erin); four brothers, Scott, Mark, Eric and Kenneth Fuls; and three step-grandchildren, Estrella, Holden and Sloane.
