Northampton High School’s track and field team competed at the District XI Class 3A Track and Field Championships on May 14 and 15 at Blue Mountain High School where Anne Beenders and Brady Dolak clinched second-place finishes in their respective events.

Beenders was the silver medalist in triple jump with a distance of 36-06.50, and Dolak won the silver medal in the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.13.

Andrew Szeplaki won two bronze medals: one for the pole vault with a jump of 13-09.00 and one for the high jump with a jump of 6-03.00.

Fourth-place medals were awarded to Victoria Phillips in triple jump with a distance of 35-04.50, Beenders in high jump with a jump of 4-11.00, Andrew Whitman in the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.18, and Samuel Hayes in pole vault with a jump of 12-09.00.

The Konkrete Kids boys 4x400 relay team also placed fourth with a time of 3:27.27.
