Reid G. Eickhoff, 78, of Macungie, died May 16, 2024, at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer. He was the husband of Bernadette Feman-Eickhoff for 13 years and the late Joan (Stepnoski) Eickhoff for 39 years until her death in 2006. He was the son of the late Frieda and Leroy Eickhoff, of Summit Hill.
His family later moved to New Jersey and he graduated from Hightstown High School in 1964.
In 1966, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served during the Vietnam War until 1969.
He had a career at Carter-Wallace in Cranbury, N.J. After retiring he relocated to upstate New York where he enjoyed his many hobbies including classic cars, model trains and vintage music collecting. He was a highly skilled handyman who enjoyed creating gifts of woodworking crafts for family and friends.
He is survived by his wife; daughter, Deborah and her wife, Susan Elliott, of Allentown, N.J.; son, Stephen and his wife, Elisha, of Spring City; sister, Gerri Gardiner and her husband, Wilfred, of Summit Hill; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Leslie; sisters, Alva Schoch and Lynne Christopher.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes, Emmaus.
