Barry Kleintop, 80, of Bethlehem, died peacefully May 6, 2024, at home.
The husband of Jeanne (Mensinger) Kleintop, the couple was married 56 years at the time of his death.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Curtis W. Kleintop and the late Marguerite (Flickinger) Kleintop.
A 1962 graduate of Parkland High School, he graduated from Kutztown University in 1967.
He was a history teacher at Parkland High School for 39 years.
He had a love for bass fishing, yard work, the NFL Eagles, and cruising with his wife.
He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Christine M. Fenstermacher of Gordonville, and Stacey L. Standlick and her husband, Craig, of Richmond; and grandchildren Benjamin, Kaitlynn and Julia.
His service will be May 17 at Bachman, Kulik and Reinsmith Funeral Home, 1629 Hamilton St., Allentown.
Family will receive guests from 10-11 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by a celebration of life service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
