James Kuehner, 58, of Emmaus, was arrested April 11 for allegedly receiving stolen property over $2,000 and theft by deception false impression over $2,000, according to Emmaus police.
Access device fraud
Reginald Lamont McGirt, 22, of Allentown was arrested April 22 for alleged access device fraud of less than $50 following an incident April 3 in the 600 block of State Avenue, according to Emmaus police.
DUI
Bernadine H. Edwards, 68, of Emmaus, was arrested March 25 in the 400 block of State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, restriction on alcoholic beverages and careless driving, according to Emmaus police.
Daniel Pacheco, 44, of Allentown, was arrested March 30 in the unit block of South Sixth Street for allegedly driving under the influence, according to Emmaus police.
Holly Jean Woomer, 62, of Emmaus, was arrested March 31 in the 100 block of Main Street for allegedly driving under the influence, according to Emmaus police.
