Township board of commissioners Vice President Rodney Conn, who chaired the May 9 meeting, said to Salisbury Township Police Chief Don Sabo, “I wish to thank the police department for the ride-along.” Conn accompanied a Salisbury Township police officer in a police vehicle during a patrol shift.
Lipkin said the 7 p.m. June 19 Salisbury Township Environmental Advisory Council meeting in the municipal building will have a presentation about pollinators and gardening by a master gardener. The meeting is free and open to the public.

Levernier said paving of township streets and roads has been completed or is underway for Andrea Drive, Windy Hill Road, Sweetbriar Court and Lindberg Avenue, the latter from 24th Street to Flexer Avenue.
Sabo said two grants totaling $100,000 have been received for township police department body cameras and vehicle cameras.
Two K-9 Patrol dogs have arrived for the police department with training planned for June, Sabo said.
