It’s the time of the year for field days at Catasauqua Middle School!

• May 20: eighth grade

• May 21: fifth grade

• May 22: sixth grade

• May 23: seventh grade

The rain dates will be May 28 for fifth grade, May 29 for sixth grade, May 30 for seventh grade and May 31 for eighth grade.

The CMS parent teacher forum will next meet 7 p.m. May 21 in the school library.

There will be no school May 27 for the Memorial Day holiday.

The fifth- and sixth-grade talent show is set for May 31.

Students entering grades 5-8 can sign up for the Tech Titans Summer Spy camp, which will focus on computer science spy strategies.

Camp is scheduled for 9 a.m.-3 p.m. June 25 and 26 at Sheckler Elementary School, 251 N. 14th St.

The program is designed to help students learn about computer science through a blend of creativity and learning. Students will be introduced to concepts such as coding, cryptography and more.

There is a cost. Students will receive a camp shirt plus materials and resources to continue learning at home.
