The South Catasauqua annual neighborhood yard sale is being held 8 a.m.-2 p.m. May 17 and 18 at locations south of Race Street, up to and including Circle Drive. The sale will be held rain or shine.

Reminder: Catasauqua Garden Club’s annual plant sale will be held 9 a.m.-1 p.m. May 18 at the Public Library of Catasauqua, 302 Bridge St.

Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St., recently installed a Little Free Library by the church parking lot at the corner of Second and Walnut streets. A dedication will be held May 19, approximately 11:45 a.m., after worship services.

The church is excited to offer free books to the neighborhood children and families.

After the dedication, there will be coffee and light refreshments. Our pulpit supply pastor - the Rev. Grace Ji-Sun Kim - will also be doing a book signing of her newest publication.

The Morning Glories of Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church is scheduled to meet 10 a.m. May 20 at the church, 604 Fourth St. The speaker will be Hannah Votta-Coleman with Joyful Giving.
