Russell O. Strunk, 92, of Kempton, died April 22, 2024, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the widower of Anna E. (Kline) Strunk, who died in 2022.

Born in Kempton, he was the son of the late Peter and Florence (Burkert) Strunk.

A 1949 graduate of Kutztown High School, he was a member, former choir member, and consistory man of New Bethel Church, Kempton.

He was also a member of the New Bethel Cemetery Association.

His survivors include his daughter, Darlene C. Kunkel, of Kempton; son Dennis C. (Carol A.) Strunk of Kempton; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister Goldie (James) Schittler of Oley.

He was predeceased by his son, David Strunk, and his brothers, Peter and Henry Strunk.

His funeral service will be 11 a.m. April 27 in New Bethel Church, 135 New Bethel Church Road, Kempton.

Calling hour begins at 10 a.m.

The Rev. Robert Ziehmer will officiate.

Interment immediately following funeral service in the adjoining cemetery.
