According to Paul Boyle, public works director, the annual tire drop-off event is set for 10 a.m.-2 p.m. May 11 in the upper parking lot at Coplay Parkway.

He also reminds residents street sweeping will be May 15 and 16. Watch for and honor the “no parking” signs on sweeping days.

Coplay Garden Club meets 7 p.m. May 30 in the social hall at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 18 S. Third St.

The club meets the last Thursday of the month.
