The East Penn Conference recently released its most updated list of 2024 top performers last week, after the season’s third week of dual meets.

For the NHS boys, Andrew Szeplaki’s name is on the list twice this week as he’s tied for third in the high jump with a distance of 6-3. Szeplaki lost his top spot in the pole vault this past week and now sits in second at 13-0. Emmaus’ Tyler Grabinski cleared 14-6. Alex Szeplaki is now tied for fourth with teammate Samuel Hayes at 11-6.

Tristen Pinnock is fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 42-11.

Brady Dolak is second in the 400 with a time of 51.5. Whitman sits in third with a time of 52.21. Derec Fritges is fifth in the 300 hurdles in 41.61.

On the girls side, Anne Beeners is tops in the triple jump with a distance of 35-7. Victoria Phillips is fifth in the high jump clearing 5-0.

In the shot put, Lucy Colyer is fourth with a throw of 32-8.
