John “Jack” F. Schrader, of Jim Thorpe, died April 7, 2024, after a brief illness. He was the husband of Lori Schrader.

Born in northeast Philadelphia, he was a son of William C. and Alice (Reilly) Schrader.

He attended St. Timothy Catholic School and Father Judge High School.

While at Father Judge, he was a member of the bowling and baseball teams and Community Service Corps.

He coached high school-aged boys baseball and won two championships with the Boston Red Sox Fantasy Camp.

He was an active member of Palmerton Hungarian Club and Goodfellows Club of Bethlehem.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Kathleen with Jeremy of Walnutport and Victoria with Ryan of Bluffton, S.C.; three grandchildren, Keegan, Jenna and Olivia; extended family; and many cherished friends, customers and business associates.
