Jean (Gordick) Chapman, 99, of Whitehall, died April 9, 2024. She was the wife of the late Harold E. Chapman and the partner of Joseph Muhr, of Whitehall.

In addition to her partner, she is survived by two sons, Dennis E. with Shahla of Carson City, Nev., and Jeffrey H. with Robin of Fairfax, Vt.; a daughter, Lisa J. with Gary Pringle of Eastampton, N.J.; five grandchildren, Sean, Justin, Jeremy, Heather and Callie; and three great-grandchildren.

There will be a calling time 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m., April 19 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall.
