Gary Clarke, 77, of Catasauqua, died April 4, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Lorraine (Isaac) Clarke.

Born in Hokendauqua, he was a son of the late Harry and Marjorie (Krause) Clarke.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was an industrial electrician at Prior Coated Metals, retiring with 40 years of service.

He was an active community member belonging to Catasauqua American Legion Post 215, Southwarks Fire Hall, West Catasauqua Fire Hall, Hokendauqua Fire Company, Franklin Fire House in Allentown and the Raccoon Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Colleen; a son, Patrick; three brothers, Terry, Randy and Barry; a sister, Sandy; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and an uncle, Jimmy Krause.

He was predeceased by four brothers, Dennis, Donald, James and Michael.

A memorial service will be held 3-3:30 p.m. April 20 at Catasauqua American Post 215, 330 Second St., 18032. A celebration of life will be held after. Attendees are asked to wear anything Eagles themed and to dress casually.
