The win followed a 5-0 loss to Moravian Academy last Monday.
The Falcons beat Notre Dame (Green Pond) 4-1 on March 26.
Nolan Grejda, Knerr and Christian Marinos won singles matches against the Crusaders, while Kloosterman and Leavy picked up a doubles win for Salisbury.
