Aggravated assault
Tobey McInally, 52, of Emmaus and Roberto Tyler Bouderau, 28, of Stewartsville, N.J. were arrested March 11 following investigation of an incident Nov. 8, 2023, in the 100 block of South Second Street, according to Emmaus police. Both were charged with alleged aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, burglary and terroristic threats, according to authorities.
Simple assault
Marie E. James, 60, of Emmaus, was arrested March 11 following investigation of an incident Nov. 8, 2023 in the 100 block of South Second Street, according to Emmaus police. James was charged with alleged simple assault, harassment, burglary and terroristic threats.
Alejandro Mercado-Cortina, 45, of Emmaus, was arrested March 21 for alleged simple assault and harassment after an incident in the 100 block of South Seventh Street, according to Emmaus police.
Evading arrest
or detention on foot
Gerald Brader, 49, of Bally, was charged March 3 with allegedly evading arrest or detention on foot, restriction on alcoholic beverages, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and other motor vehicle violations after an incident in the area of Green Street and North 10th Street, according to Emmaus police.
DUI
James Paul Keller, 55, of Germansville, was arrested March 30 in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street for allegedly driving under the influence, driving on roadways laned for traffic and obstructing administration of law or other governmental function, according to Emmaus police.
Nestor Vargas, 24, of Macungie, was arrested Feb. 27 in the 300 block of Main Street for allegedly driving under the influence and driving on roadways laned for traffic, according to Emmaus police.
Jonathan Eric Remaley, 43, of Emmaus was arrested Feb. 21 in the 400 block of State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and other motor vehicle violations, according to Emmaus police.
A 60-year-old male, of Doylestown, was arrested March 11 in the area of South Fourth and Main streets for allegedly driving under the influence and failure to stop at a red signal, according to Emmaus police.
Simple possession
Christopher John Moyer, 46, of Bethlehem, was charged March 12 with alleged simple possession, drivers required to be licensed and driving on roadways laned for traffic following an incident in the 300 block of State Avenue, according to Emmaus police.
Small amount of marijuana
Ian Vingoe, 39, of Hellertown, was arrested March 3 in the 100 block of Minor Street for allegedly having a small amount of marijuana, according to Emmaus police.
Criminal mischief
Jordan L. Dhoble-Hayden, 27, of Perkasie, was arrested March 25 for alleged criminal mischief in excess of $1,000, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following investigation of an incident Nov. 5, 2023, in the 300 block of Delong Avenue, according to Emmaus police.
A tire was vandalized, resulting in $250 worth of damage, in the 400 block of South 10th Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 7.
Tobacco in schools prohibited
A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited March 8 for alleged tobacco in school prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.
An 18-year-old female and an 18-year-old male, both of Macungie, were cited March 19 for alleged tobacco in school prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.
A 15-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited March 20 for alleged tobacco in school prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.
A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited March 22 for alleged tobacco in school prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.
A 17-year-old male, of Macungie, was cited March 27 for alleged tobacco in school prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.
Burglary
Miscellaneous items were removed from a residence in the 400 block of Cherokee Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 22.
Theft
Someone removed $150 cash from a wallet at a business in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 4.
Disorderly conduct
A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, was cited March 14 for alleged disorderly conduct after an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.
A 15-year-old female, of Macungie, was cited March 20 for alleged disorderly conduct after an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Theft from vehicle
A registration plate was removed from a vehicle in the 600 block of Pine Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 9.

Fraud
A social media rental property scam resulted in a $360 loss, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 25.
Found property
A handgun was found March 22 in the 400 block of South 10th Street, according to Emmaus police. The handgun was taken to the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
A small striped zipper purse containing miscellaneous items including a key chain with a key was found March 19 in the area of South Cedar Crest Boulevard and Pine Street, according to Emmaus police.
A cellphone was found on the trail near Boroline Park, 554 Alpine St., March 11, according to Emmaus police. The cellphone was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
