Catasauqua: Breakfast set for April 14
Catasauqua American Legion Post 215, 330 Second St., will be holding its next monthly breakfast 8 a.m.-noon April 14.
These breakfasts are now being held the second Sunday of the month and will no longer be an all-you-can-eat style. Come out for all your favorites you can order right off the menu.
Call the Legion at 610-264-1606 with any questions. If no one answers, leave a message.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 122 Union St., will present its spring cash bingo April 14. Doors and the kitchen will open 11:30 a.m., and bingo begins 1 p.m.
No outside food or beverages are permitted, as the kitchen will be selling snacks and all your favorite bingo food, such as fried pierogies, mozzarella sticks, pickles, turkey barbecue, cabbage and noodles and more.
Because the church does not permit outside food and beverages, it is able to offer bingo for a great price, which includes 15 games, six specials and a jackpot round. There will be four door prizes, which will be given throughout the afternoon. Additional game sheets are available for sale.
Bring your daubers but no hard boards.
Reserve your table by calling 610-264-0332 or email the parish office at kim.stmarys122 @gmail.com. The church may not be able to accommodate all walk-ins.
