RETAILING WORKSHOP: The Council for Retail and Sales, housed at DeSales University, is hosting its next educational symposium, “Reading, Writing, and Retailing,” April 19, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event will be held at the DeSales University Center in Center Valley. One of the highlights is a segment called “Conversation with the Dans,” featuring Dan Lauria and Dan Roebuck, actors who are equally accomplished as writers. Dan Lauria is a playwright, producer, and author, best known for his role as the dad on the Emmy winning ABC television show, “The Wonder Years.” Roebuck is a Lehigh Valley native who is an author, producer and director.

GREENWAY CONCERTS: There will be free, open to the public community concerts from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday afternoons May 16 and 26 and June 2 and 9 at Harmony Pavilion, along the Webster and Taylor block of the South Bethlehem Greenway.
