A solar eclipse watch party was held at Lower Macungie Township Library, 3450 Brookside Road, April 8. According to WFMZ, the partial eclipse was expected to begin 2:08 p.m., maximum eclipse (92.3%) at 3:23 p.m. and the ending at 4:35 p.m. Unfortunately, cloud cover crept in around this same time.
