Getting ready for kindergarten

The Salisbury Township School District recently highlighted the district schedule for kindergartners starting school in the 2024-2025 academic year.

Online enrollment is available at the website www.salisburysd.org/kindergarten. Eligible children must be 5 years old before Aug. 31.

Kindergarten screenings will be offered May 14-17.

School tours and bus rides will be offered 8-11 a.m. Aug. 8 and noon to 3 p.m. Aug. 19.

A kindergarten parent orientation will be held 5:30 p.m. Aug. 15.

A meet the teacher night and Popsicle play date event is scheduled 7-8:15 p.m. Aug. 21.

Kindergarten student orientation is Aug. 26 and the first full day of school is Aug. 27.
