Marianne R. Rucker, 94, of Slatington, died ON April 2, 2024, in her residence.

She and her husband, Jack H. Rucker, were married 65 years.

Born June 14, 1929, in Nürnberg, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Johann and Marie (Fischler) Doppelhammer.

She was a member of Heidelberg Union Church, Heidelberg Township.

She will be forever remembered as a loving wife, and caring mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons Jack R. Rucker of New Tripoli, and Carl W. Rucker of Breinigsville; grandchildren Sidney, Lily and Ryan; and great-grandchildren Luke, Drake and Ryden.

Her memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. April 6 in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with the Rev. Michelle G. Funk officiating. Family and friends may pay their respects 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Interment will follow the service at Heidelberg Union Cemetery, Heidelberg Township.
