MARCH 18
A traffic violation took place in the 200 block of North 14th Street. The driver was cited.
A 15-year-old male was charged with simple possession and drug paraphernalia at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road.
MARCH 19
Police conducted a warrant service for Thomas Mathews, 40, of Whitehall, in the unit block of North Fourth Street, Allentown, for theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
A juvenile issue in the 200 block of Circle Drive was investigated.
At Second and Race streets, a ticket was issued for a parking violation.
The department said an individual looking in a window in the 700 block of Front Street was warned.
Police assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Edward Lane and Northampton officers in the 900 block of Dewey Avenue, Northampton.
Disturbances were investigated in the unit block of Second Street, for a family dispute, and in the 700 block of Third Street, for a mental health issue.
A road rage incident at Limestone and Pine streets was reported.
A dog was found in the 200 block of Main Street.

Charges are pending in a reported assault at Front and Race streets.

In the 300 block of Mulberry Street and the 500 block of Poplar Street, police responded to animal complaints.
Officers were on the scene of a verbal domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Wood Street. No arrests were made.
Criminal mischief in the 400 block of Crane Street was reported.

A reckless driver at Front and Race streets was reported to the department.
An alarm sounded at Catasauqua American Legion Post 215, 300 Second St.
Officers conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Walnut Street.
In the unit block of Cambridge Place, a report of a suspicious female had police at the scene.
A juvenile complaint in the 300 block of Church Street was addressed.
In the 500 block of Circle Drive, no arrests were made in a report of a domestic disturbance.
Police addressed a parking complaint at Chestnut and Limestone streets.
Illegal dumping in the 900 block of Race Street was reported.

Traffic violations occurred on North 14th Street, with a driver cited; at Third and Pine streets, with the driver and carrier cited; and on Front Street, with a warning issued.
A domestic disturbance took place in the unit block of Cambridge Place. No arrests were made.

Najee Hudley, 32, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the 100 block of Second Street for simple assault and harassment during a domestic disturbance investigation.
Parking complaints were addressed in the unit block of Covington Place, in the 700 block of Fourth Street and at Railroad and Willow streets.
An investigation is continuing for an assault case that took place in the 100 block of Race Street.
A hit and run occurred in the 500 block of Second Street.
Officers responded to a civil matter at Silver Manor, 2 Front St.
Traffic violations occurred in the 800 block of Front Street, with a driver cited, and in the unit block of West Race Street.
Suspected drug activity at Church and Limestone streets was reported.

Criminal mischief - windows damaged - at George Taylor House, 35 S. Front St., was reported.
Welfare checks were conducted at Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., and in the unit block of Second Street.
