Wednesday, March 27: Mixed green salad w/ sweet Vidalia onion dressing, chicken pot pie, warm biscuit w/ margarine, green beans, pineapple tidbits.
Thursday, March 28: Easter meal: Baked ham, praline sweet potatoes, asparagus, coconut custard pie, roll w/ margarine.
Friday, March 29: Closed for Good Friday.
Monday, April 1: Baked tilapia, scalloped potaotes, crinkle cut carrots, corn bread, lemon bar.
Tuesday, April 2: Cream of tomato basil rice soup, Wednesday, Spinach w/ hot bacon dressing, roast beef w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, diced pears.
Wednesday, April 3: Spinach w/ hot bacon dressing, roast beef w/ gray, mashed potatoes, beets, diced pears.
Thursday, April 4: Minestrone soup, herbed baked chicken breast w/ gravy, cheesy mashed potatoes, Italian blend vegetables, fresh fruit cup.
