Doris Eva (Sell) Weaver, 86, of Egypt, died March 23, 2024. She was the wife of the late Carlton W. Weaver for 57 years.

Born in Emmaus, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Ursula G. (Kuhns) Sell.

She worked as a waitress at the former Lehigh Valley Dairy Bar.

She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, where she led the prayer chain for more than 15 years.

She enjoyed her membership in the Quarter Century Club.

She is survived by two daughters, Denise L. Smith and husband Bob and Deneen L. Kiefer and husband Bill; a daughter-in-law, Cathy A.; two godsons, Dale and Keith; nieces; nephews; extended family; a sister, Joan Shook; and a sister-in-law, June Sell. She was G-Ma to Kimberly and husband Ben, Keith and Kelly with husband Austin and was GiGi to Chloe and Nash.

She was predeceased by a son, Dennis C.; a sister, Jean Herring; and a brother, William A. Sell.

There will be a calling time 10 a.m., followed by a service 11 a.m. March 29 at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 4331 Main St., Whitehall, 18052.
