Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., will hold Holy Week services.

Observances for Maundy Thursday, March 28, include a noon service at Holy Trinity and 7 p.m. service at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 835 Third St., Whitehall.

The Good Friday services March 29 will be held noon at St. John’s and 7 p.m. at Holy Trinity.

Holy Trinity has Easter Sunday services set for 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. March 31.

Catasauqua Garden Club’s first meeting of the 2024 season will be April 3. Matt, from Wild Birds Unlimited, will discuss bird houses and other avian issues.

The meeting will start 1 p.m. at Slovak Center Social Club, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua.

Horticultural and artistic floral arrangements will be presented by club members for judging. Garden-friendly folks are invited to attend, enjoy the camaraderie and learn something new.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 122 Union St., will hold a spring cash bingo April 14. Doors and the kitchen will open 11:30 a.m., and bingo begins 1 p.m.

The event will include 15 games, six specials and a jackpot round. There will be four door prizes, which will be given throughout the afternoon. Additional game sheets are available for sale.

Bring your daubers but no hard boards.

No outside food or beverages are permitted as the kitchen will be selling snacks and all your favorite bingo food, such as fried pierogies, mozzarella sticks, pickles, turkey barbecue, cabbage and noodles and more.
