Betty Virginia (Faust) Vasilik, 59, of Salisbury Township, died March 22, 2024. She was the wife of Jay Vasilik.

Born and raised in Allentown, she was the daughter of William and Estella (Troxell) Faust Jr. of Emmaus.

She was a 1982 graduate of Louis E. Dieruff High School.

She won an American Advertising Award.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by a daughter, Taylor of Salisbury Township; a mother-in-law, Phyllis of Allentown; a sister-in-law, Patricia Maggitti with husband Alex of Coopersburg; two sisters, Stacey with husband Michael Goebert Sr. of Allentown and Antoinette Kuhns of Johnstown; two brothers, Todd Faust with wife Tammy and Chad Faust, all of Emmaus; two nephews, Michael Goebert Jr. of Allentown and Tyler Faust of Emmaus; and four nieces, Madison Goebert of Allentown, Chelsea with husband Justin Chotkowski of Boston, Trisha Faust of Emmaus and Elizabeth Gorin of Florida.

She was predeceased by three grandparents, Ellen Troxell of Allentown and William and Grace Faust of Allentown; and a father-in-law, Joseph Sr. of Whitehall.

There will be a calling time 9:30 a.m., followed by a service 11 a.m., March 30 at the funeral home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall.
