Stephen Kasza, 96, of Whitehall, died March 9, 2024. He was the husband of Maria (Kovacs) Kasza for more than 70 years.

Born in Szent Mihaly Telek, Hungary, he was a son of the late Jozsef and Julianna (Pap) Kasza.

He was a mechanic and the former proprietor of Steve’s Sunoco, New Smithville, and later West Broad Arco, Bethlehem.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Frank; and a sister, Irene Kis of Szeged, Hungary.

He was predeceased by a brother, Jozsef; and a sister, Julianna.
