Patricia M. Peters, of Orefield, died March 12, 2024. She was the wife of Gary C. Peters, of Orefield.

Born in Conyngham, she was the daughter of the late Paul W. and Kathryn J. (Kelchner) Miller.

She was a Whitehall High School graduate.

She and her husband owned and operated Valley Explosives Inc., Richlandtown, for more than 30 years.

She was the former president of Quakertown Hospital Junior Auxiliary, Twiglings. She was a member of New Temple Chapter 298, the now inactive Allentown Woman’s Club and the Mooseheart.

She was a member of Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Valerie and husband Durell Fox of Center Valley; and a granddaughter, Cassandra Fox and husband Kent Corey of Coopersburg.

Services will be private.
