Geoffrey Stuart Rogers, 58, cycled to heaven, March 6, 2024. Born in Oakville, Ontario, he called both Canada and the U.S. home. He was the husband of Deirdre Marisa Kwiatek for 32 years. He was the son of the late Virginia Lee and William Parke Rogers.
He was a professional environmental chemist who enjoyed the precision and camaraderie he found in benchtop lab work.
He will be remembered for his gentle soul, love of music, movies, puns, pop culture trivia and working on house and garden projects.
His greatest joy was found in special adventures and quiet moments with his wife. He loved his family, friends and dogs, Georgian Bay and riding his bike - especially through the rolling hills of Pennsylvania.
And, as Geoff would say, be sure to check your colon.
He is survived by his wife; pups, (Trip and Hazel); siblings, Mimi Gray (Bob, Michael, Katie, pup, Cleo), Eric Andresen (Helena, Morgan, Sean, Sasha, Dillon, pup, Kona), John (Sherrida, Rebecca), Martha Solomon (Jesse, Montana), Lisa (Chanel, Taylor) and PA family, Adrienne Kwiatek-Holub (Chris, Brad, Daniel, Joshua), Brandon Kwiatek (Hillary, Lucy, Elias).
Contributions may be made to the PA Hope Ride or Tour de Tush, two causes he supported and cycled for.
A Celebration of Life and bike ride will be planned for a future date.
Arrangements were made by the Trexler Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
