Reminder: Whitehall High School Theatre Club will perform “Mean Girls: High School Version.” Show times are set for 7 p.m. March 21, 22 and 23 and 2 p.m. March 24 in the WHS auditorium, 3800 Mechanicsville Road. The box office will be open 30 minutes before the show.

Whitehall-Coplay School District is having a poster-making contest for next year’s family night. Create a design that will be used for T-shirts, fliers and/or the website.

For your entry to count, you must be a WCSD student, have an 8.5-by-11-inch product and a submit paper or digital design. All entries must be handed in by March 27 to your child’s school’s main office.

The top five entries from kindergarten to fifth grade and the top five from grades 6-12 will be displayed at this year’s family night and voted on by guests.

This year’s family night is scheduled for 5:30-8:30 p.m. April 17 at WHS. This event is a celebration of our community and its cultural diversity. It is a great opportunity for families and community members to gather, learn and play together.

You can also sign up for a time slot for the talent show in the auditorium. Family performances are welcome.
