Coplay: Fire company to hold holiday event
Coplay Fire Company’s third annual community egg hunt will be noon March 23 at Saylor Field on Keefer Street. The hunt will be separated into three age groups - 0-3, 4-6 and 7-10 - and prizes and gift bags will be given out.
It is a rain-or-shine event.
Hot dogs, chips and drinks will be for sale at Coplay Social Hall, 165 Cherry St., after the hunt.

Reminder: If you ordered Easter filling from St. John’s Lutheran Church, pickup is set for noon-2 p.m. March 22 and 9-11 a.m. March 23 at the church, 18 S. Third St.

Coplay Garden Club meets 7 p.m. March 28 in St. John’s Lutheran Church’s social hall.
The group meets the last Thursday of each month.

Coplay Recreation and Welfare Association is planning to hold its annual Easter egg hunt 1 p.m. March 30 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St. Prizes will be awarded, and all kids receive a gift. It is expected the Easter Bunny will be there! This is a rain-or-shine event.

St. John’s Lutheran Church is planning a congregational Easter breakfast 8-10 a.m. March 31 in the church social hall. All are welcome!
