Animals are available for adoption at the Center for Animal Health & Welfare no-kill shelter, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton. The shelter is working to end pet overpopulation by running a clinic so animals can be spayed or neutered before they go home. For more information, call 610-252-7722 or visit

Hazy, a 9-year-old terrier mix, is looking for a soft spot to land during her golden years. She found herself at the shelter when her owner could no longer care for her due to his declining health. Hazy is a sweet, senior pup who would love nothing more than to snuggle up on your couch with you. She loves everyone she meets - as long as they are hoomans. Hazy would do best as the only pet.
Seven-year-old Gladys is a middle-aged gal that loves to bask in the sun or snuggle on a comfy cushion for a snooze. When she's not relaxing, she can often be found observing (and judging) the other cats and humans in the room. Gladys would prefer a home with adult and older children and wouldn't mind sharing it with some feline friends.
