Wednesday, March 13: Macaroni & cheese, stewed tomatoes, Capri blend mixed vegetables, strawberry mousse.
Thursday, March 14: Beef vegetable soup, Chicken Kiev, orzo w/spinach, green beans almondine, cheesecake w/cherry topping, whole-wheat bread w/ margarine.
Friday, March 15: St. Patrick’s meal. Corned beef and cabbage, boiled potates, Emerald Isle salad, chocolate mint chip cookie, rye bread w/ margarine. Baked fish available.
Monday, March 18: Roast pork loin w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, apple crisp.
Tuesday, March 19: Split pea soup, liver and onions, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, Italian blend vegetables, Italian bread w/ margarine, cake and ice cream.
Wednesday, March 20: Garden salad w/ dressing, farmer’s pot roast w/ vegetables and gravy, baked potato w/ sour cream, dinner roll w/ margarine, fruited gelatin salad.
