The fire department has an important reminder for residents. During an emergency, call 9-1-1.
Do not make calls directly to the fire station or leave a voicemail for the fire chief. The fire department is all volunteer, so there is no guarantee someone will be at the station to answer or get your emergency phone call.
In an emergency situation, you should call 9-1-1. Nonemergency calls should be directed to 610-437-5252, which is the nonemergency line at the Lehigh County Communications Center.
