Arlene M. Elsenbaumer, 93, of Allentown, died March 6, 2024, at the Phoebe Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Donald W. Elsenbaumer. Born on the family farm in Macungie, she was the daughter of the late Henry P. and Mary A. (Eisenhard) Stauffer.

She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Emmaus, the Emmaus Historical Society and Order of the Eastern Star, Easton Chapter 185.

She enjoyed playing cards and bingo and spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered as a kind and compassionate person.

She is survived by a son, Donald H. and his wife, Kelli, of Fogelsville; daughter, Judith A. and her husband, Robert Bailey, of Kutztown; grandchildren, Christine Oakes and her husband, Todd, Kyle and his wife, Lauren, Hadley Mirsky and her husband, David, Steven and his fiancée, Jessica; great-grandchildren, Brody, Chase, Rhys, Riley, Codie; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Stanley, Elmer, Oscar, Clayton, Paul, Kenneth; sisters, Annie, Edna, Mae.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association - Walk to End Alzheimer’s-Lehigh Valley or the Emmaus Historical Society c/o the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. March 15 at the Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St., Allentown. Calling will begin 10 a.m.
