Pennsylvania State Police Troop M, Fogelsville, are requesting help in identifying a vehicle and individual involved in an incident around 4:44 p.m. on March 11.
According to state police, Troopers responded to the 7000 block of Lincoln Court, Lynn Township, for a report of an individual who had exposed himself to children. Police say a 9-year-old, along with her younger sister and two other children, were walking their dog on Lincoln Court when an older male, driving a blue Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab pickup, approached them.
Police say when the 9-year-old went to the truck, the driver, who opened the door, was not wearing pants and exposed himself to the child.
The driver is described as balding with white hair and having a white beard, police say.
The vehicle is possibly a 2009-2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab with chrome tubular steps and front and rear chrome bumpers.
