Nominations for the 96th Academy Awards have been announced.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences presents the 2024 Academy Awards ceremonies honoring 2023 theatrical motion picture releases, 7 p.m. March 10, Dolby Theater, Los Angeles, televised on ABC-TV.

The Lehigh Valley Press Focus section again presents the “Readers Pick the Oscar Winners Contest.”

The person who picks the most correct number of Oscar recipients in seven major categories receives a $50 Penn’s Peak gift card, Roxy Theatre movie tickets, Press newspapers prize package, and the opportunity to have his or her photo published in the Focus section of the eight Press newspapers and websites.
