The Emmaus Arts Commission will host the 17th annual free SnowBlast Winter Arts Festival noon to 4 p.m. March 9.

The festival traditionally features local artists, arts related vendors, music performances, community art projects, ice sculpting, local food trucks and a variety of family friendly events throughout downtown businesses, according to organizers.

Locations include Triangle Park and Emmaus businesses.
