Annual spring used book sale set for April 19, 20

The Friends of the Emmaus Public Library will host the 24th annual Spring Used Book Sale April 19 and 20 at the Emmaus Public Library, 11 E. Main St., Emmaus.

A “Friends-Only” preview night will be held 6 to 8 p.m. April 19.

The public sale will be held 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 20, with the popular brown bag blowout scheduled 2-3 p.m. For the blowout, shoppers fill a brown paper or recyclable grocery bag with books and other items for a small fee.

All proceeds benefit the Emmaus Public Library.

Traditionally items available for purchase include children’s books, puzzles, CDs, DVDs and a wide variety of gently used books.

Payment must be made by cash or check.
