FEB. 8
Police assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Bridge Street.
FEB. 9
A reported assault in the unit block of Front Street is under investigation.
Suspicious activity in the 800 block of Race Street was reported.
Officers assisted Bethlehem police in the 100 block of North 14th Street.
A disturbance in the 400 block of Front Street had police at the scene.
Ramon Rios-Davila, 47, of Allentown, was arrested for indecent exposure, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Race Street.
A welfare check was conducted in the 100 block of Wood Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of St. John Street.
A reckless driver in the 500 block of St. John Street was reported.
FEB. 11
Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1000 block of Second Street (twice to the same residence) and the 1400 block of Main Street, both in North Catasauqua, and at Howertown Road and Walnut Street.
Charges are pending against a 25-year-old female, of Catasauqua, for allegedly driving under the influence on Race Street.

A catalytic converter was reported stolen in the 300 block of Front Street.
FEB. 13
A hit and run took place in the 800 block of Race Street.
During the snow emergency, vehicles were ticketed and towed in the 100 block of Front Street and the unit, 100 and 200 blocks of Second Street.
In the 200 block of Edward Lane and the 400 block of Race Street, animal complaints were addressed.
A fraud case in the 200 block of Pine Street is under investigation.
FEB. 14
Police conducted welfare checks at Railroad and Union streets and in the 100 block of Front Street.
A noise complaint in the 600 block of Limestone Street was addressed.
Daniel Kratzer, 52, of Catasauqua, was charged with harassment during a domestic matter in the 100 block of Race Street, police said.
A possible nonfatal overdose in the 400 block of Walnut Street was reported.
FEB. 15
Traffic violations occurred on Pine Street, with the driver cited, and on Lehigh Street.
Harassment by communication in the 500 block of Race Street was reported.
A report of juveniles fighting at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., had police at the scene.
A 13-year-old female was charged with possession of a weapon on school property at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road.

Traffic violations occurred on Walnut Street and at Third and Pine streets.
A temporary protection-from-abuse order was granted in the unit block of Railroad Street.
In the 400 block of Bath Avenue, a parking complaint was addressed.
Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1000 block of Second Street.
An assault that took place in the unit block of Stonewood Place is under investigation.

A traffic violation occurred at North 14th and Walnut streets.
At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., police responded to a disturbance/civil matter.
Officers addressed a parking complaint in the 100 block of Front Street.
A report of harassment by annoyance between neighbors in the 100 block of Second Street was filed with the department.
Police assisted a citizen with a sewer backup in the 100 block of Mulberry Street.
A report of suspicious activity in the 600 block of St. John Street was investigated.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of St. John Street.
A dog was found in the 700 block of Front Street.
An unattended death occurred in the 400 block of Walnut Street.
Officers investigated a fraud report in the unit block of Covington Place.
