Wednesday, Feb. 28: Hot: Orange chicken, stir fry vegetable blend, vegetable fried rice, whole-wheat roll, diced pineapple. Lite: Pesto chicken salad, salad vegetables, whole-wheat dinner roll, pineapple.
Thursday, Feb. 29: Hot: Meatloaf w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, buttered vegetable blend, whole-wheat dinner roll, tropical fruit. Lite: Turkey and cheddar sandwich, broccoli slaw, whole-wheat bread, fresh pear.
Friday, March 1: Hot: Cheese lasagna roll-up w/ sauce, buttered carrots, buttered cauliflower, whole-wheat dinner roll, oatmeal cookie. Lite: Ham salad sandwich, four bean salad, whole-wheat sandwich roll, fresh orange.
Monday, March 4: Hot: Roast pork w/ gravy, sweet potato cubes, Brussels sprouts, whole-wheat dinner roll, pound cake. Lite: Turkey, ham & cheddar, diced beets, whole-wheat bread, fresh pear.
