Forgery

Forged documents regarding employment, pay stubs and vehicle title were used to get a loan from First Commonwealth Bank, Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, between 9 a.m. Aug. 7, 2023 and 5 p.m. Aug. 9, 2023, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Assault

A 32-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged with alleged simple assault after an investigation at a location on Main Road East, Upper Milford Township, Feb. 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Criminal mischief

A resident of Buhman Road, Lower Milford Township, learned someone tried to remove a vehicle from his property where it had been parked and inoperable for about a year, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Feb. 16.

Someone damaged a double pane window at a residence along Vera Cruz Road, Upper Milford Township, between 10:30 a.m. Jan. 23 and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The window was valued at $500.

Harassment

A 48-year-old male allegedly harassed four people at a location on Madeira Drive, Lower Macungie Township, Jan. 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 28-year-old male, of Macungie, was cited for harassment after he allegedly pushed another person at a location along Bogie Avenue, Lower Macungie Township, 8:22 p.m. Feb. 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Scattering rubbish

A resident of the 8100 block of School House Lane, Lower Milford Township, found napkins and water bottles near the intersection of School House Lane and Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Feb. 6.

Disorderly conduct

A customer allegedly became irate, knocked over a shopping cart, threw a large cardboard box and yelled and screamed at employees at retailer Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:12 p.m. Jan. 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Theft

A package containing a mattress valued at $1,000 was removed from a location in the 2000 block of Cross Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 10 a.m. Jan. 13 and 8 a.m. Feb. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The package was delivered but was not there when the homeowner arrived at the residence.

Identity theft

A resident of Spruce Road, Lower Macungie Township, learned a fraudulent purchase was attempted on her credit card Feb. 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The bank did not approve the charge.
