Kathleen D. Locher, 66, of Bethlehem, died February 17, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital-Fountain Hill. Born in Fountain Hill, she was a daughter of the late James E. Sr. and Anne M. (Hoch) Higgins. She was the wife of Michael J. Locher for 39 years.

She was a detail planner for 43 years at B. Braun Medical Inc., until she had medical issues.

She was a member of Saints Simon & Jude Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Timothy M. of Fogelsville and Lindsay N. (William E.) Brink and Katie A. (Dawson K. Garcia) Locher, all of Bethlehem; three siblings, James E., Jr. (Stephanie Fandl) Higgins and Barbara (Glenn) Keiper, all of of Bethlehem, and Scott (Lois) Higgins of Charlotte, North Carolina; and a granddaughter, Blake A. Brink.

She was predeceased by a sister: Bonnie LaBarre.
