Fullerton: St. Elizabeth’s selling pierogies
St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., will be having a Papa Sarge’s pierogi sale. The deadline for orders is Feb. 26.
They may be picked up 9:30-11 a.m. March 9 in the parish hall. The fresh, not frozen, pierogies will be sold by the dozen.
You can pick up an order form on the church website at dirreled@sercc.org, the church bulletin, Facebook, the parish office or the church vestibule.

Reminder: Whitehall Active Community Center, 2301 Pine St., will hold bingo Feb. 25. Doors open noon, and the games begin 1 p.m.
Bingo will continue with tricky tray, 50/25/25 raffle, piggy number, lightning game and more. There will be refreshments available for purchase.

St. Elizabeth’s church is holding its annual Lenten fish dinner March 1. Dinners will be served 4-6 p.m. in the parish hall.
The menu includes breaded fish, roasted potatoes, vegetables, coleslaw and roll. Macaroni and cheese is available for a small price per container.
Takeout is also available.

The music ministry at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 575 Grape St., will welcome Lehigh University’s choir, men’s glee club and female dolce choir, under the direction of Stephen Sametz, 3 p.m. March 3.
This will be an afternoon of music, with light refreshments to follow in Fox Hall. A freewill offering to benefit the Lehigh University choral arts program will be taken.
All are welcome.

Whitehall High School’s Class of 1972 is involved in awarding scholarships to deserving WHS students. This year the goal is to fund two $1000 scholarships.
To achieve this goal, the class is holding a fundraiser 6-9 p.m. March 4 at Keystone Pub, 1410 Grape St. There is a $10 registration fee, which can be refunded by the Class of 1972 if requested.
