Marion S. Schnalzer, 95, of Bethlehem, died at Devon House Senior Living facility Jan. 25, 2024. She was a daughter of the late George W. Bloom and Juliana (Nemes) Bloom. She was the wife of the late Joseph L. Schnalzer for 72 years.
She was a 1945 Liberty HS graduate.
She worked at Lehigh University in the mail room and central copying office for 30 years until she retired.
She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Bethlehem.
She was a member of the Holy Ghost Seniors group. She volunteered with New Bethany Ministries and the Lehigh South Side Boosters.
She is survived by a son, Joseph and his wife MaryEllen; two daughters, Marianne Yasso and her wife Cori Kocher and Jayne Crowther and her husband Stephen; three grandchildren, Melissa Muschko (Craig), Kaitlyn Crowther Labuda (Andrew) and Thomas Crowther (Rosemary); and four great-grandchildren, Mila and Emma Muschko and Miles and Alice Labuda.
She was predeceased by a brother, George Bloom; and a sister, Ellen Bloom.
