Kathryn (Hoch) Novak, 81, of Center Valley, died February 10, 2024, while in the care of Lehigh Valley Hospice. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Stummer) Hoch. She was the wife of the late Edwin G. Novak.

She was a 1960 graduate of Fountain Hill H.S.

She, along with her late husband, was a self-employed land developer and builder.

She is survived by two daughters, Nanette Novak and Kimberly Amory and her husband David; three grandchildren, Ryan Snyder and his wife Tiffany and Niko Amory; and nieces.

She was predeceased by two siblings, Edward Hoch and Marietta Rosenbach.
