Olive D. Higgins, 94, of Whitehall, died Feb. 5, 2024.

Born in Cranbury, N.J., she resided in Robbinsville, N.J., and Ormond Beach, Fla., before moving to Whitehall.

She was the wife of the late H. Gordon Higgins and the daughter of the late Sally and Garritt Dammers of Old Bridge, N.J.

A graduate of South River High School, she was a homemaker, devoted to her family, and worked for McGraw Hill in Hightstown, N.J., for eight years before moving to Florida.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing and reading.

A volunteer for Meals on Wheels, she delivered meals for 12 years while in Ormond Beach.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sam and Debra (Nagy) Stovall of Allentown, PA; grandsons Seth Nagy of Orefield and Scott Nagy (Gabi) of South Orange, N.J.; great-grandchildren Eloise and Henry; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, H. Gordon Higgins; siblings Mildred Galley, Eileen Kordzinski, Randall and Garry Dammers; and her son-in-law Frank Nagy.
