Gloria F. Peters, 90, of Macungie, died Feb. 11, 2024, at Complete Care at Lehigh Center. She was the wife of the late Robert H. Peters.

Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Paul O. and Georgianna Victoria (Snyder) Bachman.

She worked at Allen Organ and later in the cafeteria at Shoemaker School, retiring in the mid-1970s.

She was a member of Solomon’s United Church of Christ, where she was a Sunday school teacher for 25 years.

She was a member of the Macungie Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by a son, Thomas J. of Macungie; a daughter-in-law, Lori of Macungie; six grandchildren, Charles, William, Benjamin, Jessica, Zachary and Emily; a sister, Shirley Zweifel of Bethlehem.

She was predeceased by two sons, Scott and Charles; a brother, Neil Bachman; and a half-brother, Paul Bachman.

There will be a calling time 10-11 a.m., followed by funeral services 11 a.m., Feb. 16 at the funeral home, 250 Main St., Emmaus.
