Gloria F. Peters, 90, of Macungie, died Feb. 11, 2024, at Complete Care at Lehigh Center. She was the wife of the late Robert H. Peters. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Paul O. and Georgianna Victoria (Snyder) Bachman.

She worked at Allen Organ and later in the cafeteria at Shoemaker School, retiring in the mid-1970s.

She was a member of Solomon’s U.C.C., where she was a Sunday school teacher for 25 years.

She was a member of the Macungie Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by a son, Thomas J. of Macungie; daughter-in-law, Lori of Macungie; grandchildren, Charles, Wiliam, Benjamin, Jessica, Zachary and Emily; sister, Shirley Zweifel, of Bethlehem. She was predeceased by sons, Scott and Charles; brother, Neil Bachman; half-brother, Paul Bachman.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Feb. 16, in the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
