Glenn Alan Steiner, 77, of Allentown, died on Feb. 1, 2024, under hospice care at home.
He was the husband of Susan J. (Weaver) Steiner.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph and Susan (Sedora) Steiner.
Before retiring, he was a real estate appraiser for Patt White and Whitney and the owner of Glen-Alan Custom Homes.
He was an avid fisherman, especially fly fishing in Alaska and the western rivers.
After retiring, he enjoyed watercolor painting as a hobby which turned into a passion.
He was a member of the Parkland Art League, displaying various paintings around the Lehigh Valley.
He also enjoyed cornhole, traveling and gardening.
Mostly, he will be remembered as a loving grandfather, raising his two granddaughters.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother Joseph and his wife, Barbara, of Venice, Fla.; granddaughters Hannah and Amanda; and nieces Jenna and Holly. He was predeceased by his daughter Kathryn L. Agrippine.
His memorial service will be at noon Feb. 9 at First Presbyterian Church, (chapel), 3231 W. Tilghman St., Allentown.
